Roskear Holdings Ltd was formed in 1983 to provide business and IT consultancy services. As a result of working on a number of client projects, the need for reliable outsourced payroll services was identified. Accordingly, in 1989 Roskear Payroll Services division was set up to provide payroll management services, and it has been a BACS accredited bureau since that time.
The BACS accreditation process involves regular inspections of our payroll payment procedures and all aspects of our business operations to ensure that we provide a secure quality service to all of our clients.
Security and confidentiality of data is a key matter at Roskear, so our procedures are built to cover this. However, now due to our clients, which are part of international businesses, there has been a need to confirm the quality of our corporate management and in particular our operational audit procedures to ensure that we are compatible with the international-al standards that have evolved from the Sarbanes-Oxley laws introduced in the US.
Since 1989 we have grown due to client referrals, and we have helped many national organisations with branch networks as well as small and medium sized businesses throughout the UK.
As a result, our team now has many years of experience ensuring that client specific payroll needs are met accurately and on-time in a friendly, convenient and professional manner.
